Cancellation Policy

A £5 booking deposit is deducted from your final service price, with any remaining balance payable in the shop. Deposits are refundable when you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-shows. For combined appointments, telephone 07944 379879 before booking. A combined appointment requires only one £5 deposit, deducted from the combined total bill. The shop will explain how to arrange the deposit; telephone deposits are not processed automatically. Please do not make separate online bookings for the services in a combined visit, as each separate online booking collects its own £5 deposit.
