Our Wix booking form is configured for first and last name, email address, optional phone number and an optional message. 3. Why information is used

The proposed lawful basis for handling appointment requests and service-related communications is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and performing that contract. For general enquiries and protection against misuse, the proposed basis is our legitimate interest in responding to customers and operating a secure business, balanced against their rights. We do not currently send promotional emails or SMS. Communications are limited to booking confirmations, reminders, appointment changes and other necessary service-related messages. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to marketing. Non-essential tracking requires a separately verified lawful basis and any legally required consent.

4. Service providers and links

The website uses Wix hosting and Wix Bookings. The configured enquiry form maps name and email into Wix Contacts, and form submission access is set to the owner and collaborators. Wix Forms and Wix Members Area are installed. Installation alone does not establish which optional features collect visitor data. Customer information is intended to be accessible only to authorised owners/managers and staff who need it for their duties. The site contributor review returned only the owner account; effective staff and app permissions must be checked before any additional access is granted. The Contact section embeds Google Maps and links to Instagram and TikTok. Embedded maps can send technical information to Google when loaded. Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy notice.

Confirm actual booking/address fields and contact-form placement; retention periods and deletion processes; Wix built-in analytics and cookie categories; actual use and data access of Instagram Feed, Members, Stores and other installed or backend service apps; effective staff and app access; applicable international-transfer safeguards; and any children’s information or treatment sensitivities requiring additional information. Shop CCTV is used for security and crime prevention. Camera coverage, audio settings, recording access, retention and signage must be confirmed before the CCTV notice is final.
